Butler started shooting The Stranger Within, a psychological thriller that starred Estella Warr as well as William Baldwin on Mallorca in Spain, in November 2011. This film would also be filming at Copenhagen Denmark as well as New York City. In June 2012, she joined Michael Biehn in the Los Angeles filming of Treachery.
